Anger Management Counseling & Support Groups Michigan

    Support groups are a wonderful way to share common problems with people who are coping with the same issues. Support groups are all therapist-facilitated by a licensed counselor. The groups and workshops are held at our offices in Shelby Township - convenient to Troy, Romeo, Sterling Heights, Utica, Rochester, Almont, Macomb, and all of Metro Detroit. When you feel like the only one struggling with a problem, a support group is just what you need.

     At Counseling Connection - Shelby, we offer support groups and workshops throughout the year that deal with a wide range of topics, to include:

CURRENT SUPPORT GROUPS AND WORKSHOPS:

ANGER MANAGEMENT COURSE:    Are you short-fused? Is anger effecting your personal life of your employment? Have you been court-ordered to attend anger management? If so, we offer a COMPREHENSIVE 12-week course in anger management. It is therapist facilitated and can be don on an individual or group basis.

     The anger management course offers many coping strategies and tools for dealing with anger. This course is acceptable for individuals who have been court ordered to take an anger management course. Courses are offered Monday evening 7:30-9:00pm and Monday during the day from 11:00am - 12:30pm.
